Ruxolitinib phosphate (HY-50858) is simply the salt form of Ruxolitinib (HY-50856). Both forms have equivalent biological activity and can be used for cell culture and gavage in mice. Ruxolitinib is more commonly used in the literature.
Regarding the culture medium additives, you can refer to key growth factors reported in the literature (PMID: 28686867).
Whether human and animal factors can be mixed depends on the degree of homology between the two species. If the homology is low, mixing is not recommended.

Agree with MedChemExpress, but want to add that in general mixing between species is not recommended – even if the homology is very close you'll have reduced potency. Thus, later it will makes impossible to compare or translate this to other model system. With Y-27632 as it is not growth factor you need to optimize it to your system or find in literature application to your system.
