RNAseq pooled samples - how many replicates?

I will be doing RNAseq on RNA isolated from vaginal lavage fluid from infected mice. I am interested only in bacterial RNA.

Due to the amount of bacterial RNA, I have to pool vaginal lavage fluids from 10 mice.

How many replicates (groups of 10 mice) would you recommend me to do?
