RNA extension by sars cov2 RNA polymerase?

Hi! I am doing cov2 RNA extension assay, I got strange results.

Firstly, the RNA was incompletely extended.

Secondly, when adding only 1 or 2 or 3 kinds of NTP, no extended band showed.

I am really confused by the result and don't know how to solve this problem.
