I am facing a problem in the software which I think is a Bug that needs to be fixed.

In the attached file you can see I haven't added any phase yet. But it shows "Phase 6" already.  There is no Phase 1, 2 ,3 or anything but showing Phase 6. For this reason, my data couldn't be refined correctly. So please fix the problem.
