Could you recommend some reads on case studies of incentive programs aimed at enhancing creativity at the workplace? I am interested in how and what contextual factors influenced their success?
Shalley, and colleagues (2004) and Zhou and Shalley (2003) reviewed theorizing and research on a variety of contextual factors as potential facilitators or detractors of creativity in organisation (e.g. job complexity, relations with superiors and coworkers, goals and deadlines, evaluation and reward structures, physical work environment, and leadership)
