How do I request to become a reviewer of a Journal? I am initially looking for peer review of journal or any scholar who is writing paper and seeking to be peer review. Any lead will be appreciated.
Try to create accounts in a trusted journal and providing your academic information and you will be automatically author and reviewer.

With some journals, you can go to the website and they give a section where you can state your interest in becoming a reviewer. In those cases, they often ask you about your reviewing and publishing experience (i.e., examples of articles you have published).
For many journals, they may seek reviewers by checking for people who have published on that topic. That seems like how I get nominated to be a reviewer a lot of the time.
