I am wondering whether we can include a reviewed paper, regardless of type, into our review paper'?
For example, I am currently writing a manuscript on 'a literature review',
If I use other reviewed papers as one of my list of reviews in the manuscript, does it accepted?
Is it possible to do?
Could you give opinions on this matter?

as long as you provide the reference to the reviewed paper (probably as marked as "in print/under review" or similar I don't see a problem with this.

You mean self citation? Don't forget it is important to say if it is a preprint or a published article...
You ask it in different way. Infact review article are those which is totaly based on the previous articles.
