I am going to write two review papers. The purpose of these review papers are to succinctly review recent progress in two advanced materials and to summarise the current state of knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, thermal, luminescence properties of two famous kinds of advanced materials?
1- How ethically is relevant to mention my previous works in these review papers?
2- I am confused either is a good idea to criticise my previous findings as I found more accurate results in up to date publications (2018 & 2019)?

the sense of a review paper is to describe the state of the art. Therefore, (concerning your 2. question) it seems imperatively to compare with accurate results in up to date publications. The own results can be an integral part of your paper but are from minor meaning. Nevertheless it is important to compare different results and of course too in relationship to own findings.

Really your question is meaningful... Many times even we also taught same.. But as we know that a review paper is collection of previously published literature in the form of methods, Properties, results analysis etc. and summarizes in a comprehensive manner.. Definetely a good review paper helps to many researchers to find out basic information. Even you can refer your own papers under suitale subject to compare the results/or to analyse the factors..
