Hi, I have been having problems for the last month in the resolutiono of the peaks of the first three windows, and they start to come out well after minute 6.
I have changed column, septum, liner, cleaned injector, but the problem continues.
Could someone give me a solution?

From your maintenance description, you have next to a new GC. One solution may be to continue taking measurements (with one sample) until peak resolution becomes better

The loss of resolution in the first few peaks is clearly due to quite bad tailing. Did the tailing appear gradually and is that what prompted you to clean the injector and change out all the consumables including the column? Has there been any change in the injector or column temperatures or in the injector programme (timings, volumes, solvent)?
I agree with Charles H Hocart and on top of that, I can think of a few possible problem here:
1. Was there any changes in split ratio? ie: accidentally reduced the split ratio?
2. Any changes in the sample? Concentration of peak 6 in both samples is the same? Possibility of the column overload with sample or just the concentration of the peak eluded at minute no. 6 (related back to no.1).
3. Polarity of solvent and the stationary phase do not match (I dont think so considering that your method is not changed - no change in solvent)
4. Incorrect Installation of Column?
I would recommend you to find a book, if you can get your hands on it. Practical Gas Chromatography A comprehensive Guide. By Katja Dettmer-Wilde and Werner Engewald. Just check out the Appendix B: Troubleshooting Tips.

A trouble should have occurred during isolation process or at the beginning of the injection. If possible repeat the test again.
