ResearchGate works well for me. I love interacting with colleagues at this level.
The key to success here is mutual respect. One can have a different view, but still have mutual respect.
Sometimes [rarely], I feel that there is a bit of miscommunication and people may sometimes feel disrespected.
Should we set up an informal panel to assess these cases and 'advise' colleagues ? Or should we leave it to the ResearchGate Admin to police these events?
I feel that most of these events are simple misunderstandings and can be resolved easily by mutual clarification and agreement
