Reprducible Matlab code or Application support for JPEG baseline, JPEG 2000, JPEG XR to get PSNR, SSIM and Coompression Ratio?

For my result simulation, I need to compare my technique with JPEG baseline, JPEG 2000, JPEG XR in terms of PSNR, SSIM and Compression Ratio. If anyone can help in getting me reproducible MATLAB code or any application to see.
