Replacement of the heating lamp of Denton sputtering machine?

Dear all,

The heating system of our sputtering machine in the lab needs replacement of the heating lamp.

Unfortunately, the previous lamp is not available and the company did not support for detailed information of the lamp yet.

The machine is Denton Desktop Pro sputtering machine and I think it needs a Halogen lamp. However, I'm wondering about the length, the power, and the standard company to buy a new one.

Does anybody have relevant experience?
