Recently, I found a commercial kit (or reagent), by which in immunoprecipitation, it removes the precipitating antibody from the mixture and in WB you will not see the 50 and 100 kDa bands. Therefore, removal of Ab will let you check proteins with 50 and 100 kDa. Now I can not find the kit.
Do you know the Kit, company and catalogue number?
