I wonder if bonding of PDMS to a glass can be reversed. I bonded PDMS to a glass slide using O2 plasma. After initial experiments, my device is not suitable for its intended application. So I need to shift to a PDMS-PDMS based device. I want to know a suitable method (if possible) by which this PDMS bonded to glass can be detached without breaking/hurting the channels. will this PDMS be good enough for future bonding?

If you simply put the PDMS on the glass, yes, the PDMS may be removed by simply pealing it off without any damage. If you have plasma bonded the PDMS to glass, no, you will not be able to remove is without damage and it is unlikely that you will be able to reuse the PDMS. Plasma (or corona) bonding creates a covalent bond that often results in cohesive failure in the PDMS when trying to separate it from the bonded part.
PDMS is mostly prefered because it is cheap enough for single use. As Ron said it is not possible to remove PDMS channels without harming.
You may prefer chip holders or further experiments to save glass or pdms channels.

Here they suggest they can remove the Bonded PDMS using concentrate H2SO4.
