How can I get the link for Rilem Data Bank? Some journal papers mention that they collect data from Rilem Data Bank.
For example, I want to collect the experimental data of bond strength of GFRP bars.

Why do you feel that the "Rilem Data Bank" must simultaneously keep data you want on "bond strength" AND "GFRP bars"? Their newest database is on creep and shrinkage!
So try your search elsewhere for the second terms only:
