I work with human and non-human primate iPSCs that our lab differentiates into neurons, astrocytes and microglia. We have been having an issue with the ReLeSR not picking up large clumps or colonies. We follow the ReLeSR manual and even with an extended incubation time the cells barely pick up. We even tried performing 3 different rounds of adding ReLeSR and incubating our well plates (with human and chimpanzee iPSCs on matrigel with mTeSR plus) and had very little success.

Has anyone else run into this issue or know what might be happening here?
