Dr. Osama Rahil, Frankly, I did not think that this is a general problem and there was any one discussed it previously.Also,I mean the scientific performance .i.e. If the scientific level of students became too weak and will not return to success with superiority, will this be reflected on the performance of the teacher himself, ( becomes idle little by little)?
