It is logic for appearance lower IC 50 in anti-inflammatory assay (COX I, II & LOx) than standard/ control even though it has lowest in Total phenolic and flavonoid content And high IC 50 in DPPH and ABTS and vice versa, sample, has high total phenolic& flavonoid content with low IC 50 in DPPH and ABTS, gives high IC 50 in anti-inflammatory assay??
