If the word "newsletter" is in your title then Researchgate randomly selects anything else with that word in the title.
Far better to base that list on tags
P.S. the reason for the additional question mark is that RG seems to want more than one - not very concise about it though

You hit a very important point there. The way it seems that a list of "Related research" is generated here is by the words in the title, some other places use the keywords (which is slightly better but only slightly and is totally not perfect). For generating a list of "Related research", often seem to find the same author combination. For example, I had a paper written by the same author group - me and two others - and it got put in as "Related research" for another paper on a totally unrelated topic - but we had the same authors.
