Are there any cell lines similar to DO11.01 cells that respond to MHCII presentation by C57BL/6 derived APCs?

Hi all,

I’m looking for a T cell line that will respond to MHCII antigen presentation (OVA) by C57BL/6 derives cells. I know of DO11.10 cells but they’re derived from BALB/c mice which have a different MHCII haplotype compared to C57BL/6. Any help/suggestions/alternative ideas are appreciated!!!

Hi Sarah,

the OT-II TCR transgene recognizes an OVA peptide in the C57BL/6 MHC-II haplotype, and is widely used. There are OT-II transgenic mice commercially available. I don't know if there are T cell clones with this transgene also commercially available, but you can check.
