Thank you very muc esteemed Professor Zekry.. I am planning to use RT Duroid 5880 with thickness 1.57mm for such SIW cavity coupled filter and MMR. Sir can you help me in finding coupling matrix using ADS software.

Dear Nitin,

If you must use that particular substrate, I would recommend using a lower thickness since I suspect it would radiate less, which is surely desirable. Other, less important, reason is the easier implementation of vias, which are shorter in a thinner dielectric slab.
