Hi all,

I am in the process of thinking about the research design of my masters' dissertation and my topic is the emotional trauma of primary school children and the effects on their learning. The problem with the current topic is that the majority of the existing studies have done a secondary analysis mostly from data of cohort studies. So using secondary data is a feasible solution.

Finding primary data is quite difficult, I believe, given that the current topic is ethically sensitive and it is not possible for example to hand out questionnaires in traumatized children. Any other ideas on the current research design are more than welcome.

Thank you!
