Well, I always happy to discuss research communities like you(every one) To the point of your question, In my opinion, Agricultural Extension systems have been following some notable countries.For example,India,USA,Africa, Australia and some notable countries in Europe. Apart from is , Agricultural Extension has broader view subject, because we never suppose to limit our study area. Obviously, You can study environmental sociology,
Agribusiness ,Agricultural Economics and Sustainable Agriculture. In every part of agriculture without extension is not fulfill. So, in my opinion, we should maximize our skills and expertise with those related subjects. We couldn't shrunk our limit. I believe, I may try to answer your question..
In my opinion, In the field of (agricultural extension), post-doctorate is comparatively less but, agricultural extension students can choose post-doc in similar subjects which are interrelated to agricultural extension.

Je pense que l’intérêt pour l'industrie agroalimentaire et les opportunités que peut offrir ce domaine en matière d'emploi explique le désintérêt des étudiants et aussi des enseignants pour la vulgarisation agricole. J'observe que la vulgarisation agricole a perdu beaucoup de terrain par rapport aux années quatre vingt.

Sans doute la vulgarisation est un aspect incontournable du développement agricole. Toutefois, la vulgarisation agricole suppose une maîtrise des techniques agricoles et une connaissance du social et donc des compétences pluridisciplinaires. Cette qualité est souvent absente sur le terrain et donc la transmission des connaissances par le biais de la vulgarisation se trouve inefficace.

Thank you, sir, Ahmed Hamdan Lafta and my request to extension professionals, We are very weak in global collaboration but I know some organizations might be there but in my opinion, those people's activities are not enough. I am a bud in this field, so I request to those who are having a better exposure or better position those persons organized active and essential international persons to form an organization.
