Hi friends

I need high voltage rating power switches SIC IGBT 15 KV, SIC MOSFET 15 KV

Which company providing these power switches , please send me a company name ?

I think they do not exist. If you need that high voltage, you need to put several in series.

By the way, the 'best' high-power switches are still the thyristors. However, they need circuit-commutated turn-off.
