Can you please share some paper/tutorials on open/short stubs in design of BPF..Actually i am novice in it and wish to learn and apply these all techniques. so wished to know their concepts(how to choose dimension and application) in detail with mathematical analysis. your kind guidance will help me immensely

The open stub as well shorted stub have their electrical equivalent network in LC resonators.
