Recommendations on Microtome for PMMA sectioning?

I am looking into microtomes for sectioning bone samples embedded in PMMA. So far I like the Thermo Scientific HM 355S Automatic Microtome. I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me some feedback on this device or recommend something else. Feel free to comment on quality of device, service, price and availability.

I've used a Leica RM2265 motorised system with tungsten steel knife. Works great for undecalcified mouse and rat bones and human bone biopsies. Very stable, good service, never had a problem with it. Am currently setting up a new histology unit, and will probably go for the same system again.

How can I measure MMP-1 protein activity or protein level from liver tissue?
