I want to list effective R packages in biology or environmental research, especially toxicity, aquaculture, or ecology here, thus we can know more about this topic and using it to do our research. Pheatmap: can construct the heatmap (including clustering).
bibliomtrix: can do the comprehensive science mapping analysis.
