We are in need of a good vector for in planta protein expression analysis (transient - agroinfiltration). We can't use Gateway, only simple restriction cloning is an option. We have tried using pART7/pART27 system, but with many problems. It would be great if anyone can recommend a vector that is smaller in size and is easier to handle.
