Reader Error with Agilent BioTek Logphase 600 Microbiology Plate Reader?

Has anyone encountered the error "Reader Error: 5402 Read head Z failed positional verify" using the logphase 600? And have any ideas on fixes for it? We're using the plate reader for monitoring growth in S. cerevisiae, shaking at 800 rpm with temperature at 30C. These growth curves are normally carried out for 72 hours with a reading every 10 minutes.
