The Textile Research Journal is rather fast - normally it takes only a few weeks until you get a first reply. Some other textile journals are either unbelievably slow (roughly 2 years between submission and publication) or have a very low IF ... or both.

Yes, the TRJ costs some money. So - are you looking for a completely free journal, or is a little amount of publication fee okay?

And which other demands do you have - should the journal have a minimum IF? And which time would be okay for the review and the publication process, respectively?

I have no experience with these kind of journals, so it really hard to recommending in 100% some of them. But as always the right choice of the journal is not so easy and not guaranteed the rapid review and publishing.

Fibers and Polymers has an IF which is quite good (for a textile journal), and to my knowledge, it's free (i.e. Open Choice).

Journal of textile institute Taylor and fran.

In general, Composite Part B provides a quick review (5-6 weeks) whereas Journal of Natural Fibers take six months or so for review.
