Hi I am developing a ranking formula for different levels of users that is beginner,Intermediate and Expert.
I am using three metrics for it that is impact factor,h index and citations,We need to assign weights which is common for all and need to assign to each metric according to the level of the user and it should be one formula for all levels.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Really, I am thinking of about the same evaluation metrics, so I am ready to help and cooperate.
