At rcs the target is examined at various angles at fixed distance.
How at real time can i get such signature?
Suppose using beamforming at the opticsl region.at such case although the incident angle changes ,yet the distance isn't as in the rcs
In Time domain please use 2 wide and narrow beam antennas as it was done in my paper in the 90s. In freq domain please use your imagination.

By definition, RCS is taken at an infinite range. In practice, of course, it is measured at some finite range. The RCS of an object is a function of the object's geometry, materials it is made from, angle of illumination and reception (not necessarily the same, as for bistatic radars), frequency, polarisation and range, if one is within the near-field region. Analytical solutions for simple shapes are given in good text books, e.g. "Radar Handbook" 3rd Ed. M. Skolnik. For more complex shapes such as most radar targets of interest, one may determine the RCS either by direct measurement or by computer modeling. There are many different software packages that use a great variety of techniques for RCS modeling; some are free to download more sophisticated ones cost a fortune. None of them operates in real-time and, being models, they each have their strong points and limitations. Those which use physical optical methods are amongst the better ones for large targets. Direct measurement requires considerable resources and expertise but can return a result in near real-time. One must be careful about calibration of results, the elimination of surrounding influences such as the reflections from the target support (turntable or ground) and reflections from nearby walls and other objects.
