Hi everyone, we want to fabricate a 2D photonic crystal slab (periodic holds in a homogeneous slab) with large area (1cm^2). Does anyone aware of any companies or labs can do this? We want to use silica, but any materials that are transparent in the visible spectrum are also good.
Thanks for your reply. We want to use the square lattice with air holes. The lattice constant is around 250nm and the radis of the air holes are around 80-100nm.

Maybe you should search the lab Femto laser micromachining. FS lasers can create a cavity of nanometer scale. For example https://www.osapublishing.org/oe/abstract.cfm?uri=oe-16-19-14411 describes the creation of such structures.
Dear Yuecheng, I would recommend nano-imprint to replicate the patterns. You can afterwards etch to the desired depth and tune the hole size.
We have several patterns available which we could have replicated, or you can buy a stamp and replicate and etch it yourself. Areas up to 150mm diameter.
Hi Daniil, thanks for your information. I checked paper, and it looks that this technique fits our need. However, we do not have any expertise on the nano fabrication techniques. Do you happen to know if there is any labs or companies can do this?
