Hello researchers,

I have prepared a Ni50Mn40Sn10 (atomic %) alloy by Arc melting technique. The obtained alloy was subjected to vacuum heat treatment at 950 degree celcius for 72 hrs followed by ice water quenching. Room temperature XRD confirms the orthorhombic phase of martensite. Room temperature microstructural study shows the formation of martensitic needles confirming the martensitic phase transformation. Phase transformation  temperatures were determined by DSC and found as (As = 185°C, Af = 197 °C, Ms = 190 °C, Mf = 178 °C). MH curve was taken at 5K and 300K temperature and a MT curve from 5K to 300K was also recorded. These are attached below:

Kindly let me know what type of magnetic behavior is there at 5K and 300K by looking at MH curve.

What does MT curve indicates and how it is correlated with MH.
