QUESTION: Hi-C Sample Enzyme Digestion Assistance?

I am using MboI enzyme to digest cross-linked 100k single cells (in situ Hi-C), but I have noticed that there are always large fragments present after the digestion (similar in size to the negative control). I want to know if this is due to using too little enzyme, or if there are inherently large fragments that cannot be cut?

It seems to be a component from the sample buffer. I think that if you put just the buffer without sample at one lane, it will useful to answer that.
