During my project I simulate the integration of renewable energies into the network. Solar generator simulations are easy .. but how do I simulate the electrical grid in Matlab /Semulink.
Are there any references, books or articles on this topic?

If you familiar with Simulink, it will not be very difficult for you to simulate a grid integrated renewable power generation system (be it wind solar or anything).
You can find various power systems models in MATLAB documentation as well as on filexchang. Just download and open (from filexchange) or open directly from (matlab documentation). If you need to modify any parameters, you can look under subsystems/ click on the blocks, and use parameters of your choice.
