I found rf energy harvester is a interesting topic.Since there is no commercialized harvester, I want to build a rf energy harvester for my sensor node. I had review some literature and found the antenna and the rectifier circuit are the key. But I only have limited time (3 months). Is it possible to build this harvester within 3 months? Is there any recommonded literature which had detailed description for reference?
