I know that quarter Lambada coax is for specific frequency and the length of the cable is the wavelength [m] divided by 4. There are ready Agilent Quarter Lambada coax cable which cover frequencies band, so how it can be on specific frequency quarter lambada coax when it cover band of frequencies? Do you recommend on good articles on quarter lambada coax theory? Who is the supplier of Agilent quarter lambada coax? and where i can buy them?

I won't be of much help were it comes to the meritum, but I want to stress some nomenclature issues with you question:
1. LAMBADA - is a Latino dance
2. I guess you mean LAMBDA - a Greek letter commonly used to designate a wavelength
Maybe, using the correct wording will help you find the answer.
It says it is a repair part, for use from 120 to 170 MHz. It is presumably referred to as a quarter wave coax because it is a quarter wave somewhere close to 145 MHz, and its length is important in the system operation, in the position it is supposed to be used. I expect the deviation from a quarter wave off centre frequency will be allowed for in the rest of the system.
