It is always very strange to see wrong articles published in Quality and Reliability Engineering International by well-known authors such as N. Kumar and S. Chakraborti.
The cause is inadequate knowledge of the Statistical Scientific Theory.
Weirder is to see Peer Reviewers and Editors who do not recognize errors.
If the Statisticians in Research Gate want to read the document in RG (DOI: 10.13140/RG.2.2.18750.19528), I would like to know their opinion.
