Qiagen IPA for qRT-PCR data set?

Has anyone tried to analyse high-throughput qRT-PCR data using the Qiagen IPA software? If yes, in what format do you input the data? What was the experience and outcome? Any successful publication (where qRT-PCR data were used) would be highly appreciated.

The real value for IPA is in high-throughput "omics" type anaylsis (NGS, microarrays) as these experiments produce a list of differentially expressed genes which need to be visualized/clustered via gene ontology to see the big picture, i.e which pathways are activated/deactivated as a result of X.

I am not entirely sure whether results from a single (gene) PCR experiment is a valid input for data upload in IPA, please send this question to [email protected] (they will typically reply within 1-2 business days). Were you thinking of running PCR arrays?
