Q.1 ) In mixed methods research design, within embedded research design with Quant nested under Qual, how do we determine the sample size for this type of design ?

Q.2) Is it necessary to support Qualitative insights with a larger sample size via Quantitative scales?

Q.3) Is it possible to do a quantitative pilot study on the qualitative sample size acheived till data saturation, especially in a very niche population in which the variables of intetest are exploratory in nature.

Q.4) In the analysis phase of a Qual-Quant mixed methods research design- can further triangulation be acheived by a second level of analysis i.e 'qualitizing' Quantitative data? How is this acheived. Similarly, can the final qualitative data be further 'quantified' ? How is this acheived. How is data interpretation done in such cases? Sequentially or parallelly together?
