i have ordered some gold coated magnetic nano particles. after few experiments i have found out that some of nano particles are not actually gold coated and some might partially coated is there any way that i can purify them from the one that actually been gold coated completely?
Uf, Better file a complain to that suplier and ask them to provide another one.

It is impossible to purify them completely, I think ball milling followed by centrifuging process can help slightly. Further informations can help more, like the type and composition of the coated particles, their particle size, thickness of gold coating, etc.
