Can anybody suggest any source (or referenced figures) for plans to decarbonise natural gas in the UK? The Committee on Climate Change (CCC) suggests a target of 50 gCO2e/kWh of UK grid electricity to be achieved by 2013 (https://www.theccc.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/1785b-CCC_TechRep_Singles_Chap2_1.pdf ).

Is there any plans/suggestions/figures on how the UK can decarbonise its natural gas supplies? I know hydrogen and bio-gas being mixed into natural gas supplies are proposed but I specifically am looking for stated targets with specific figures quoted.

Thanks
