Not at all! No more New Journals! Esp. in natural sciences. We have enough journals floating around for these subjects. Nothing new. Need to stop such efforts as well. There a millions out there, and we do not need any new ones.

I agree with the comments of Dr. Misra. I suggest for you a specialized journal in Algerian competence domains such as Natural Products or Environnmental Sciences and Sustainable Development.
