many friends suggested me to get my papers published on SSRN platform.....My query is
Does that publication has any academic value?
Once article is uploaded on SSRN platform ....does it is considered to be a published article
some one told me SSRN select appropriate journal for publishing the uploaded article...Is it true?

There is no value of SSRN so you should try thomson reuter's isi indexed or scopus journals. If you need collaborative work the message me.
It appears to not really be much of a help, in fact. You get your manuscript uploaded, maybe in the right subcategory of subject, but there is no guarantee that you well get feedback, as far as I can see, and since your upload is not categorized as a submission, and apparently not securely, you may possible get your work stolen.
The SSRN will not 'publish' your paper in a journal as classic case. Instead, it will distribute your paper version to the appropriate journals. You haave to select suitable journals by domains (you can choose it from the SSRN database). But the condition is that your paper is no more than one (1) year old. If your paper is older, e.g. your old postprint, they will just approve it and keep a pdf on SSRN repository (which is also good: the paper will be discoverable and downloadable).

A paper must be part of the world-wide scholarly discourse covered by one or more of SSRN's subject area networks to be eligible for inclusion and public display in SSRN's eLibrary. Every submitted paper is reviewed by SSRN staff to ensure that the paper is a part of the scholarly discourse in its subject area. SSRN does not provide peer review for papers in the eLibrary.
An author may submit a paper that is not scholarly - for example, an editorial or opinion paper. These works will be given an "Approved-Private" status (rather than "Approved"). The author can choose (on their My Papers page) to have the private papers appear on their Author page in the "Other Papers Section". These private works will not be searchable from SSRN's Search page, and will not appear within any network on the Browse page. The private papers are, however, searchable by external search engines (e.g. Google) if the author included them on their author page. The author may also post the URL elsewhere for download or send the URL of their private paper to readers.
Good papers appearing in SSRN gets cited. Distributing papers at SSRN is not a bad idea. Papers are not stolen from SSRN repository as they get indexed in Google Scholar. Regular Journals won't publish papers that are innovative beyond a normal threshold. In SSRN we can be more creative. Scholars decide whether to cite or not. Good SSRN papers are cited well.
Any thoughts on Elsevier-SSRN Conference proceedings ? Do they have some importance, like IEEE XPLORE digital library? or are they also treated as preprints (not published papers) ? Thanks
