 I don't know if my contribution will help, but when people are forced to live in isolation without basic services like water, continuous supply of electricity, when private enterprises (like bakery, restaurants and pubs are not allowed), etc etc when your neighbours not far away enjoy all luxuries of the Canadian life, will lead anyone to mental disorders.

We used to carry out a university education program in isolated aboriginal communities and it brought the joy of learning to the whole community. I often saw little kids at night walking in the street and arguing which constellations were in the sky, etc. You don't see that state of progress anywhere in Canada today!

Then the government chopped this program out of ignorance. Now in the same places the youth are in drugs, suicides and gangs. What else could they do if they are forced to stay in isolation? Anyone else would become the same.

By the way, the Canadian aboriginal natives, we found out in the process, are speaking a form of ancient Greek, so they are not of a lower mental capacity but of very high standard that was destroyed partly by this treatment by the Canadian society.
