The two conjugates, which I found on this website, have essentially the same conjugation ratio of about 20. TNP-KLH cannot be crystallized, because KLH alone is too large and unlikely to be crystallizable and second because such conjugates are statistical products containing at least millions of different species.

biosearchtech lists the molecular weight of klh as 100,000 which is not correct. It is 3-7 million. So is this a typo error or are they using a fragment of klh? I am not sure what you mean by problem with crystallisation. Do you mean it does not dissolve completely? if so it is not a problem. being a suspension rather than completely soluble is an advantage making it more immunogenic
