Hi everyone

I have been trying to propagate the pCMV-PEmax-P2A-GFP plasmid, but keep running into problems when I want to grow it in large batches (for maxiprep). (When doing the maxi prep the result is a smear, in contrast to the mini prep which looks fine)

Has anyone ran into similar problems when culturing this plasmid or other prime editors? Or does anyone have a protocol or recommendation for competent cells to use that will have less issues?

I am currently using our general XL10gold competent cells.
