I’ve stained my PFA-fixed sections but none of my mouse DGs are lighting up with the following staining protocol:
- ABCam (https://www.abcam.com/prox1-antibody-ab101851.html) at a 1:100 followed by anti-rabbit 655 at 1:500.
- Thermo Fisher at 1:50 (https://www.thermofisher.com/antibody/product/PROX1-Antibody-Polyclonal/PA5-26170) followed by anti-rabbit 655 at 1:500
Does anyone have a protocol that works for them?

Hi Kristina, I used Prox1 antibody from abcam (http://www.abcam.com/PROX1-antibody-ab37128.html) at 1:1000 dilution before, and can get very specific granular cells stained in adult mouse PFA-fixed brain sections. please try this antibody and see if it works.
