Protein sequencer idea?

Suppose you want to follow what proteins are synthesized under certain conditions. Would you be interested in a machine that can sequence all proteins synthesized in the sampling time?

There is work in that diraction look it up, proteomics & meta proteomics, so far no great success. If you're asking if something like that would be useful if it gave good results and was high throughput? Does a bear pup it the woods ;-) ?
